Do I need to be a SIGA Rewards member to use the app? No. Anyone can download and explore the app, but to access offers and play in social slot tournaments, you must be a SIGA Rewards member.

What do I need before I can log in or create a profile on the SIGA Rewards App? Linking your account is simple! You will need the following:

  • Your SIGA Rewards account number
  • SIGA Rewards account PIN
  • Email address
  • Cellphone number

Can I sign up for SIGA Rewards on the app? Yes, you can. Please have your ID or passport available.

I forgot my app password. What do I do? Use the “Forgot Password” link on the app’s login page. A reset code will be sent to your registered email.

Can I use the app on more than one device? Yes, you can log into your account on multiple phones using your email/phone number and password. Just make sure you complete the two-step verification.

How do I link my SIGA Rewards card to the app? Once downloaded, follow the prompts to link your existing player account using your card number, email or phone number, and PIN.

What if my app isn’t verifying my identity? If the app can’t verify your identity, it may mean some of your information (such as your name, date of birth, phone number, or email) doesn’t match what we have on file. To update or correct your details, please visit the SIGA Rewards desk at any SIGA Casino and our team will be happy to assist you.

Can I link multiple player accounts to one app account? No. Each person can only have one SIGA Rewards account.

What forms of ID can I use to sign up? You can sign up and verify your identity using a valid driver’s licence, SGI ID card, or passport. Military ID and Certificate of Indian Status (CIS) cards are not currently accepted.

What can I do in the app? You can:

  • See your tier level and SIGA Rewards points
  • View exclusive offers
  • Enter social slot tournaments
  • Stay up to date on casino events
  • Access SIGA Casino websites

What are social slot tournaments? Social slot tournaments are in-app games that cost no real money to play but give you the chance to win real rewards.

What are Social Coins? Social Coins are used to enter social slot tournaments in the app. They have no cash value and are earned by logging in daily and referring friends.

What can I win? By participating in social slot tournaments, you could win points or free play that can be redeemed at any SIGA Casino. Free play expires 7 days after being issued. Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned.

Can I enter the same tournament more than once? No, each player can only enter a tournament once.

How do I redeem offers from the app? All offers must be claimed at a SIGA Casino.

Where do I find my offers? Offers are listed under the Offers tab. These are personalized based on your gameplay and rewards status.

Will I be reminded before my offer expires? No, automatic reminders are not sent. Check the app regularly so you don’t miss out.

Do all offers appear? All exclusive free play rewards will appear.

My app is showing the wrong tier or points. What now? Check that the card number in your app matches your SIGA Rewards card. If the error persists, email sigarewards@siga.sk.ca.

What should I do if the app crashes? Try closing and restarting the app. If that doesn’t work, delete and reinstall it. Still having issues? Contact sigarewards@siga.sk.ca.

I enabled push notifications, but I’m not getting any. Why? Make sure: • You’re logged into the app • Your device location is turned on • Notifications are enabled in your phone settings

What’s the difference between Push Notifications and Special Communications?
• Push Notifications: Custom alerts about promotions or events at SIGA Casinos
• Special Communications: Important casino updates you shouldn’t miss

Can I change my PIN in the app? No. Please visit a SIGA Rewards desk to update your PIN.

Can I change my personal details in the app? Yes—most information like email, phone number, or address can be changed in the app. Name and birthdate changes must be done at a SIGA Casino.

What happens if I change my name (e.g., marriage)? Visit a SIGA Casino to update your name. It will then be reflected in the app.

What happens if I forget my SIGA Rewards account number? Contact the SIGA Rewards desk at any SIGA Casino. They will help you retrieve it.

What are the password rules?

  • App Password: Must include 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character
  • Player Account PIN: Cannot include your birthdate, four identical digits, or consecutive numbers

What if my player account has been enrolled in the Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program? If your account is enrolled in the Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program, you will not be able to log in or create a new account.

Can I view my bet or play history? Not on the app, but you can request a Player Gaming Statement at any SIGA Rewards desk.

Can I buy tickets to events through the app? No, but you can use the Discovery tab to visit casino websites, then navigate to the Entertainment section to buy tickets via Showpass.

Why is the new member sign-up process different on the app from in-person? Online verification includes extra steps to confirm you are 19+ and that you are who you say you are. Online registration requires additional security measures to ensure your account remains secure.

How quickly do my points and tier credits update? Updates are instant. The app reflects real-time data from your play at SIGA Casinos.
